Keyboard Input Program

Hey , I have a laptop and some keys dont work . So I'm looking for a program that could input a certain letter with a key combination .
Like for example if I press Ctrl + R , it would input the letter T .
Does anyone know of a program capable of doing this ?
Ill keep seaching .

Why don't you just use the built in on-screen keyboard included with Windows?

Some of his keys work, it would be a pain to have to go back to the mouse then keyboard then mouse again. With the character map or some sort of key combination he could be more fluent. Just my 2cents though.
