I simply want someone to tell me, whether or not my power supply will be able to handle 2 Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX OC video cards.

I am currently running a Apevia 680-watt Power Supply

Here is what Nvidia says are the minimum requirements for 1 card.

-475W PCI Express®-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 26A or more (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core®2 Duo E4500 processor)

So will my power supply handle 2 of these cards?

Running, 1 harddrive, Intel E8400 on this PSU btw.

Yup it will be enough. Your PSU supplies 680W and a combined 46A on the 12V rails.

Recommended for SLI is 550W and 30A.

It only has two PCI-E connectors. Two 9800GTX's would require four connectors, you'd be forced to use the molex to PCI-E adapters.
