Anyone care to elaborate the differences between the two?

um not much of a difference, but the bottom one is gonna have more bass because of the Hz range is lower then the other one. So it'll pick up more bass than the other one. are u gonna have a sub included with this?

Hey DJ-CHRIS, I know you're into sound. What's your opinion on this?

These are two very different types of systems. The Control 28 is a commercial audio speaker for something like music in stores, etc. The Control 28-T60 is a high voltage speaker designed for long distances between the amp and speaker, for example playing music in an outdoor garden. As we all know, as the distance of a wire increases, the amount of lost power due to the resistance of the wire increases, theirfor your speakers won't be as loud. Under 25FT and this is not a problem at all, however long distances it is. You drop voltage, not amps, so a speaker like the Control 28 would be for example 10 volts and 25 amps, whereas the Control 28-T60 could run at 100 volts and 2.5 amps and not drop nearly as much power on the way to the speaker.

You need quite special of equipment for 70V commercial speakers, it's not something you should be running.

And theirs the frequency response difference too!, but that was explained above.

Would the difference warrant the purchase of the Control 28T-60, assuming I had the correct setup?
