so i am thinking of sacrificing my WD 160gb to set up RAID0 with my Seagate 120gb. I know there is a 40gb loss for the WD.
but i dont know if i should do it.
I have Vista 32-bit installed, and all i do i play games, watch videos, listen to music, and go online.
My music/Videos is on another HDD, so it loads off of that when i play, im pretty sure online doesnt reflect any performance gain/loss.
So should i still go through with the RAID0?
The only thing that is loading off of the same HDD right now (Seagate 120gb), are games, media apps, and internet.
while everything else, pictures, music, videos, back up programs, you know, basic back up... are on my other two HDD.
so...
Yes?
or No?

sure, do what you want

yes

i dont know what i want, because just in case i need more room in the future i will have them, but if i set up RAID0, then i wont have room in the future unless i delete files.
thats why i am asking for opinions and see if i would actually gain more performance than 10%-20% when i use my computer.

read a review, its not worth it
