Thats pretty good, but it depends if you have adequate airflow.
With a heatpipe design, with no fan, its the case that matters the most.

haven't seen that one, kinda looks like the ARCTIC COOLING Accelero S2 VGA Cooler...

I have this...

ZALMAN VF900

and may put it on my 4850 when it arrives, but people swear by this cooler on [H]ard|Forums...

yeah but with that thermalright completely copper can have a 80mm fan on it

S1 has four heatpipes, the S2 has two.

in adition to the 4 heatpipes to 2 that worshipme mentioned, the ARCTIC COOLING ACCELS1 Rev 2 has room to mount two fans IIRC (80mm?)...

yeah, but it's big, here's a picture of it mounted on a guys two 4870s...

he uses passive cooling (no fans) and his core never gets above 60°...
