Recently, my ATI graphics card and other applications have been acting up. when i start up any of them, i get the error message, "failed to initialize application(0xc0000135)click "ok" to terminate".
i have looked and found that i must install .net framework only to discover that it was already installed and was working perfectly.
Where do i go now?
