My sister built my wife a website for her business. I can not access it from my home comp. Everyone else can access it from different comps. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

windows firewall is shut off, Norton has one though

Can you access the site through another browser?

no, and i have tried a few.

Disable Norton's firewall, and enable the firewall built into Windows.

done, still can get to site.
