Is it worth buying a 1920 resolution screen for £60 more than a 1680?

I doubt it to be honest.
I would invest in a 1080p HD monitor though, BUT, I do have to advise, that since it's LCD, playing games will be rather hard at the native resolution unless you have a top notch video card.
Your X1900XT would struggle at this resolution in new games.

If it has a rather good upscaler though, you should be fine, but I just wanted to advise you on that.
