speaking of slow, I bought assassin's creed on steam. Took about 13 hours to download...

DSL for ya I suppose. Whenever I download stuff from steam at my friend's house on his cable connection, it takes no time at all.

download.com is the worst site to download anything off of. filefront is much MUCH BTR.

download.com sucks in terms of speed. Every time I go to download something it's really slow. I usually use file front or file hippo.

I prefer RapidShare but you need to find the links to the files which is a shame they dont list everything they have

Download.com is terribly, terribly slow regardless of your internet connection speed. It just sucks.
