startup services

Okay, so I have these start up services that do not want to go away. I go into msconfig and disable them, but when I restart my computer they are still there. I've done this several times. They are Quicktime, iTunes, and Microsoft Windows Operating System. Any ideas? Thx.

lol umm... I'm a bit confused on the last part --what OS are you using? If you are using Windows, the last bit is pretty necessary to load....
Anyways (assuming you're using Windows), an often overlooked alternative is the "startup" folder; everything in there will always automatically start up. If there's any of these items in that folder, remove them.
Also, check the "startup" folders for any other users (including and especially the "all users" or whatever folder).

That's my first guess. Tell me how that works out & we'll go from there.

^^ True, use services.msc instead of msconfig

But, be careful which services you disable.

Looking at your list I think a quick trip to Black Vipers website is in order
