Got a question about some LCD screens

Right, well i'm looking to build a very small LCD monitor (3" maybe)
And I have been looking at LDC screens to build it and most carry quite a hefty price tag for my taste.
Well, I came upon replacement ipod and psp screens for about $20 American.
I was wondering if there is anyway to rig one up to be used as a monitor or if anyone knows of any cheap small LCD screens that would be great.

What kind of LCD Screen? Is it for a Computer monitor build? Or something like this:

I'm looking for one to make a computer monitor.
One I can watch maybe some movies on, or play some NES games.

how are you going to format this thing?

and
where do you get NES games?
do you have the regular mario?
also do you have GBA games?
there are several that i would like to get and play on my PC

Play mario on a 3" screen? o hell no....I'd rather play it on a 19" or 22" lcd......or better yet a 37" lcd. Spend your money on that.
