Second off, how does a jacket that your wearing blow off of you? It's summer, you shouldn't have a jacket at all.

A rush to grab his hat? I don't care how much of a rush he is in, you have to be plain stupid to do what he did, even if he jumped over the fence, grabbed his hat and made it back out, I would still call him a dumbass.
