Dell: Advise needed with monitor

I recieved my dell inspiron 530s yesterday here in the UK. I placed my order at the end of last week however when I checked the dell site on wednesday I saw that with my deal that I ordered they were giving away a free upgrade to a 22" monitor from the 20" I recieved.

I am gutted that I missed this deal. The monitor itself is still packaged is there any way I can get dell to exchange my 20" for the 22" monitor? Is there a dell returns policy?

I know in the UK by law there is some sort of 7 days return policy.

Please advise me how I can get dell to change my monitor.

I doubt it, not unless you cancelled your order and made a new order that includes the new deal.
