I CANT THINK OF THE NAME OF THIS MOVIE AND ITS REALLY BOTHERING ME>...

I saw it a few years ago when it came out... all i can remember is that it takes place in london in the future, and theres a low pregnancy rate because women cant get pregnent for some reason, and a guy has to defend the only baby on earth or something like that

i really liked it and would like to see it again but i cant remember the name of it!!!

I thought that was an ok movie, sometimes it got pretty dull though. Seen many better movies, but seen much worse as well.
