It supports over 40 programming languages, including HTML, and also has a syntax checker to make sure you are coding right. Overall a good program to use, especially because of the multiple languages.

And well i would rekomend using dreamweaver but if you wanted to learn html proberly then use notpad as Dreamweaver does all the coding for you where is the notepad you do everything from scratch.
The other good thing about dreamweaver is that you can upload and edit your files directly on the server instead of having to keep them on you PC. Well it is always good to keep a back up of everything on your PC as your server may get hacked and then you could lose everything. A bit like what happend to me recently, but it's all good now
