huh i dont understand what exactly is going on here , explain carefully ,
you have the computer which is connected to what ?
and what is that meant to mean in bold

ok my bad guys i have people walking in
ok so i have the modem connected to a cisco router (no wireless)
theres one wire going from that to the main computer
then i have a wireless router connected to the wired
and then theres a laptop connected through a wire to the cisco router
now the laptop and the wireless router will no get internet
i think that the lan ports might be defective
but im not sure
sorry if this is messy i have to type fast i have people walking in every 2 seconds

ok so lemme get this straight you have

<<internet>>-------<<Modem>>-------<<cisco router>>---------<<PC>>
are all the internet connection setting set up properly in the modem ??

i dont think you can use another wireless router as an access point when connected to another router , dosent it have to be connected to a hub

does the main pc connected straight to the cisco router get internet
