Is this good?

That's a nice setup.

But I would suggest getting this card: Geforce 8800GS 384MB for $30 more if you want to play COD4 and other games. The 8500 is an entry level card and at best would be only able to play those games at low settings.

well $60 more mate, you forgot the rate, yer i wish but im selling ps3 as its crap for 225pound with gta 4 which is $450 about in your coins, and i need to buy hdd and power and tower aswell which will set me back at about 70pound, ill put about 50pound in myself so its a total of 275pound ill spend on a pc. it'll cost me 210pound to get that graphics card and motherbored bundle.

No, it's only £30 more. The 8500 is £69.99, the 8800GS is £99.99. :D

If that's too much to swing, you could just get the basic bundle as it has onboard graphics, then when you can afford it, get the higher performing video card.

good for the price? all i wanna do is have a kick ass pc and maybe play call of duty 4 and other high games, would this be ok ?

I built a set up for my mate a month age using nearly the same gear. His has the 5000+ and 1GB memory and it's pretty good for the money. I would suggest going with worshipme's idea cause you'll get a better motherboard & memory for starters.
