Red might be illegal because it's an "emergency" color. Depends though...

Usually it's something like you can't have them on while you are driving, but it's fine parked.

Just search up New York state's vehicle and traffic laws. A simple Google search should do it.

Stock SRT-4 can beat or come very close to stock 350z, RX-8, Mustang GT, etc. For basically half the price. Then again, you're pretty much driving a Neon, but it's an effing fast Neon
