Childhood Mod

One day when I was 10 or so, I went over to this friend's house and I played a Dragonball Z game that was like counter-strike/half-life. Instead of people, you had DBZ characters, and instead of weapons, energy blasts. Now, I suspect this to be a DBZ mod for the HalfLife/CS game. I googled it but no downloadable mod came up. Can anyone help me find this? It's one of my favorite games.

i've also played that but i think it was a morrowind CS:S mod not DBZ, cant find it on google though

I think I saw that in Steam. Try taking a look at the mods in there.

I need to get steam back up on this machine again. I'll probably do it tomorrow. So it's a mod right? I had my doubts, but it was eerily similar.
