hmm ok what you need to look out for is the program there asking you to download if you find out what program its asking you to download then you can find out what spyware it is and if there is no program that will fix it there is usually a special way to do it,

e.g vundofix

Are the popups coming up before you even launch IE?

if so you probably have a trojan. trojans copy themselves into your windows files. which means you probably will have to reformat

OK when I try to launch IE 3 windows open before I go to home age 2 site not found 1 ad Like best sex ever or registry cleaner ad Tried adware download and 37 dollars before they would remove 4 virus and 4 spyware programs

Tried all you suggestions Ad ware- Ran Windows live scan ECT> no help.
Reinstalled Vista- Everythink back to normal. Thanks everyone for your input.
