How fast is my processor? help

Hi I have a Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz

I was wondering how much GHz would this be equivalent to in a single core proccessor.

I need to know this, to see if I meet the system requirements of certain games.

You should be able to play the game, If the game is talking about a 2.5ghz Pentium 4.

it should show you what your processor is rated at

Like i have a p4 3.0ghz HT technology but its rated at 4.12ghz

ok, overclock that proc, it will go to 3.0Ghz, and get the same results a E6850. which is a great proc.

It won't be as fast as the E6850 due to it only having 1/4 of the L2 cache the E6850 has. Cache is very important on Intel CPUs as it often needs to be used to store data before it is sent through the FSB to the memory.

my proccessor is rated at 4.5 GHz, the answer i was looking for <<Deleted>>
