Wow it is a light car, maybe not the fastest stock but with a three rotary and a turbo it can be a really dangerous car on the streets and race tracks.

This is true..but any car can be a monster if its modded..if i boosted the b16 in my civic i could get numbers in the 400+ range..but its awful in stock form
Well they are priced for different market segments. The FD was priced to compete with Porsche and those kinds of cars. The RX-8 is more of a practical sports coupe. Basically allows you to kick ass while bringing your family with you.
My truck is 2wd Open dif, so its probably even worse in the winter, and I live right accross the border of WI in IL, so our winters arent that bad really. Where abouts in WI do you live if you dont mind me asking?
On the RX-8, it is a bit of a weak car, not even 200hp I think. But its made for cornering and that, and it looks cooler then a civic, lol, stands out.
232 HP, 190 Ft. lbs. of torque. 200 pounds heavier than the RX-7, making it 3,000 pounds. Owners of both say that the RX-8 is more refined and easier to drive, even when pushing it. The RX-7 performs better than the RX-8, but it takes a more skilled driver to take it there than the RX-8.
