First one, hands down without a doubt.

The process is way better, larger hard drive, better battery and larger screen. Only good thing about the second one is that it has a separate graphics card.
 
Both Are ATA-100,Which would be better for gaming? They are both laptops so there graphuics cards are all intergrated into the motherboard.
 
the first one is better. but you should look for a different laptop, none of them are suitable for gaming
 
1st one is much better then the 2nd.

If u add some more ram to it, I dont see any problem plays CS on it :D
 
Well the chipset's integrated doesnt support T & L so he'll have a limited choice of games...
