That E7200 I linked and is $130. Its pretty fast as well. I'm not a kingston fan myself. The GTS in the build I linked before is an AMAZING card. One of the best out there right now. I am Seagate fan. Also the psu i sent you is awesome. I own one. Not too expensive. 610w beast. It is silent. aka Silencer

For the hard drive go with the seagate , longer warrenty and i have never had problems with seagate hardd drives
as for the monitor anything by acer is a good option IMO i know a few people with acer monitors and they are all good no problems and no dead pixels either
if this isnt going to be a high end gaming machine why the need for an 8800 series card why not got for a 8600 will give all the power needed got video editing and also it wont need as much cooling which could be a little quieter
and do newegg ship to canada ??
