Minor PC Upgrade - Give Opinions

I am planning on doing a minor PC upgrade from what I currently have:

Mobo:

I would keep the same graphics cards that are in my sig: 7800gt's X 2 SLi, alright and I would just like to know if I would have a noticeable performance increase and games and overall standard use.

Anyone may recommend anything else to choose, thnx alot.

That will be a very nice upgrade from your current system. You should see a very noticeable increase in performance.

I would however suggest getting a single video card solution such as an 8800GT in the future. It will be leaps and bounds faster than your current 7800GT SLI setup.

Yea I agree I just wanted to know if it would prove if any performance increase. I do like my 7800gt's and they do get the job done. How much of an increase do you think that I would get?
