Is your Windows legal?

My copies of Vista and XP are legal.

...and I think I still have a copy of 95 lying around here somewhere, which would be legal as well. :D

I voted yes but i'm not completely sure on this one....

I bought a copy of Vista Home Premium the day it came out, upgraded from XP MCE 2005 (legit from Gateway) for about a year. I wanted to re-do my computer so I put the disc in, installed it without a key (selected Home Premium, not Ultimate or anything like that), and put my key in when it was done.

I should add that I also had legal Windows 3.11 and Windows 95 at some point years ago. I don't have them anymore though.

My first computer ran 95B. I never used 3.1 or 3.11 (and I have a feeling I didn't miss much).

I run

Windows XP - Legal
Windows Server 2008 - Legal (very expensive)
Windows Vista - Legal

Im quite a paranoid person sometimes, so I like to run genuine software.

Well, my dad has a copy of vista with his computer, which is legal.
All other machines came with XP home edition legal, however i upgraded them to pro from a torrent, so its not totally illegal, just a free upgrade in my opinion.
