Boot-Windows Re Load problem

I am tryin to restore a computer that orignally wouldnt boot up due to the logon shell not be able to load and then i got the dell discs that came with the pc n now when i try and install the fresh copy of win xp the pc wont let me booot from my hhd it only has 2 options instead of the 4 which i previously had.. Any help would be great or if u need a lil more info let me know The pc is a dell dimension 4300s

disreguard the previous statement... I passed that screen and now have a whole new problem i am unable to load xp to the pc with any of the disc dell sends with their computers

how old is your computer, is it still under warranty ?

you could call dell and ask them to ship you a restore cd.
