screwed up windows task manager

Hey i hit ctrl-alt-del to see how my cpus were handling a video game and I think I may of accidentally hit something to change the screen and can't get it back to normal with all the options, it looks like this:

Im running xp sp3, any help on how to put it back? thanks

Double click the grey area arounf the outside sure thats how to get it back
