WD External Hard Drive

hi

i have a western digital my book 500gb external hard drive. it was on my desk and then i accidentally knock it off. now it makes a funny clicking noise it makes a humming noise and then it makes a load clicking noise and it does it about 4 times. it doesnt show up on my computer and there is no humming noise coming from the hard drive. does anyone know how to get it working or a good place in the uk to get the data taken off?

You might have to send it out for repair.
