The first category is rape for pleasure, which is to achieve an orgasm. This is generally male on female. We do not see alot of this, because if females want pleasure, theirs always a fair number of willing guys. Victims of this would generally be adults.

The second category is rape that deals with domination, which is not done to achieve an orgasm. This is all about power and control. This kind of rape is in a lot of cases male on male, even though their would still be a high number of male on female cases. This kind of rape would be commonly seen in prisons, and the cases of priests raping young boys.

Now, for the first category, theirs enough willing males that females are unlikely to do this. For the second category, females just typically are not physical control freaks unlike guys.

no im saying, in the US, it is legally impossible for a woman to rape a man, if she forces herself onto him(which lol like i said wouldnt be a big deal typically) but if he was really unwilling, the legal definition of rape in the US is the forcible insertion of a males reproductive organ into a female

Girls are more mentally mature and thats why guys constantly go for younger girls.

However this is a general rule of thumb, it can easily be broken. American society also pressures us to not have any major age difference gaps.
