Quick and Easy Question.

I've checked everywhere and have yet to find a way for me to change the fan speeds on my video card. Also is it normal for the Core Clock to be higher than the Memoery clock? The core is at 400 and the memory is at 270.

RivaTuner has options that allow you to change fan speeds.

The core/memory speeds look fine. Remember that the memory speed is double of what is being reported. So your's is effectively running at 540MHz.

I've been thinking it may be a PSU problem. I've tried Rivatuner and for some reason I don't have the option to adjust the fans. All I see is this http://www.putfile.com/pic/8158517 . And whenever I click install the only thing it does is make it so that I can adjust the greyed out settings.
