I want to build another computer for the newer games out there and the one i made is decent for games like 2 years ago. I want some ideas on good gaming parts to play new games on high settings like crysis, world in conflict, cod4, medal of honor airbourne. I have a budget below 1600$. Any help?

Yeah dude $1600 makes a great gaming rig. If it is specifically for gaming go with a higher clocked dual core. If you plan on using alot of intensive programs then go for a quad core. Alot of people say Quads are no good for gaming compared to Duals because not alot of games take advantage of all 4 cores. Alot of games that will come out in the next 2 years will though. Already UT3 takes advantage of all 4 and Unreal Engine 3 is getting very popular and uses all 4 cores as well. For the future Quads can be great but then again by the time more games take advantage of all 4 there will probably be a really nice Quad available for a good price. All depends on how you look at it. I play alot of UT3 so I have a quad.
