Youtube video help...

I wanted to make a dvd over some street fights and sports highlites...I know how to get the videos to .FLV format....the only problem is SOMETIMES not all the times the video wont match the audio...What should I do to get this matched up? What format should I convert it with and what software to do the converting?

Ok let me be more specific, but thanks for your info. I know what it converts to (.FLV). Some videos are PERFECT in the aspect of video and audio synced togather. Other times its HORRIBLE. How can I ensure I get at LEAST decent qaulity? Im more concerned that the video match the audio rather than overall video quality. Can anyone further help me?

I was using Riva to convert it to .MPG....Then burning with Nero. I tried burning it as images with MagicIso, but the Audio/Video still isnt syncing that good. Its about 50/50 whether the finished product is actually worth watching
