which ram is good?

okay.
i saw the XMS2 DDR2-800 Cas 4 for $79.99 at my local microcenter, and theres a $40 mail in rebate.
and i was wondering how is corsair rebates?
do most get their money back? or do they get ripped off?

I haven't heard of any problems with Corsair rebates. They just take a while to arrive as all rebates tend to do.

should i get it from microcenter, and turn in the rebates?
or should i get it from newegg and not be able to do the rebate since i am leaving on friday on a trip for 10 days, and i dont think newegg would ship it that fast here, and nobody will do it for me.

I've had my set of Corsair XMS2's at DDR2-950 (475 FSB) before, I would get them.

at the store for $80, and able to send in the rebates?
or at newegg for $60, and not able to send in the rebates?

If you go the rebate route you're only paying twenty dollars for them. I'd go that route.
