TuniqTower 120 ?

mmmm reduced movement, seems to be a real problem with the 45nm series.

I take it you installed the fan controller yes??

I would say that you need to calibrate Real Temp as per page 1 of unclewebbs thread at xtremesystems forum if you're really concerned about the idle temp, realistically only the load temp is important.

Here's something to aim for ;)

.....

i didnt intall the fan controller lol, just saw it, brb let me install it and see what i get

I can't get my sensors to move below 32-33°C either.

I'm hoping that my X3360 will be better but by the amount of 45nm cpus with the sensor bug I'm not too confident.

what movement are you getting with the Real Temp test? (I think I may have asked this before?)

yep, max limit is 72.4°C (iirc) so you have plenty to go.

EDIT: DO NOT exceed 1.4v vcore

I was using 1.1625v (bios) for 3.2GHz and 1.3v (bios) for 3.6GHz but the P5K I did that on has terrible vdroop, you may get away with less.

Good luck

ok, thank you, i feel better now. Well I can't thank you enough for your patience and help. I'm gonna do a little gaming :) and tomorrow I'll oc. I haven't gotta chance to have fun with my new build yet lol
