Looking for the right PSU

Hello, Once again im here with another question for you guys

Im about to upgrade my computer (check thread: http://www.computerforums.org/showthread.php?p=795579#post795579) But im not sure of which PSU to get, i was first looking at antec phantom but every where is sold out, Now im looking at the Nesteq Semi-Fanless, 620Watt

I need to know if it will work properly on This setup -

Plus, A Evga 8600GTS, 2 Cd Drives, 500GB WD Hard drive, 3 Fans. Let me know if i need to post any more things that really matter in my system.

If your gonna recommend something please make sure its a Quiet PSU or close to a very quiet psu, thank you.

You really don't need much over 450W for that system. Here is a great deal on a great power supply that will be more than enough for you: OCZ OCZ500SXS StealthXStream 500W.
