PC Tablet

I found this old PC tablet at my house. Probably from 2000 or so. I'm using it right now It's in pretty nice condition. It's a WACOM Model ET-0405-U. Do you know if there are any programs that will let me scribble the letter and type it in for me? It's pretty fun to mess with it. I was just playing WarCraft III with it. I had a good time lol.
