Ok, I got suggestions on getting each individual part.. I looked up water cooling, but I don't know which "each individual part" to get..

I got some money.. I got my college payed for with scholarships and will probably have to spend about $1,000 more on school (or it will essentially dissapate.. they are renewing scholars.), that means computer.. because after I buy my books they said it can go to a computer. So I will have alot of money I'll be fored to used :D Oh dard.. !!!:D yay!

Anyways.. let me post a link to my specs..

That's it. If I need to buy a full tower for this, I will.. If I need to buy a bigger processor (lol.. I know, I know.... )... haha

I'm also looking for a physics card.. newegg only has one, but I am going to be getting that new card.. 2gb video card lol, depending on the reviews...

Thanks!!

Only if you really intend to water cool your set up.

Not Funny!:D

It's very similar to the set-up I propose during the next month some time. Excellent selection:)

lol? Well.. Do I need to water cool it? Would it be better? I don't want this thing to overheat.. And how much upkeep does it take? Do I have to change the goo every week or something?

Depending on the expense, and how much it costs of course, Yes, I intend on doing it. Unless the RAID works how I think.. I would ratehr get 4hdds that run REALLy fast :D

Edit* Ok, the raid works how I think. Now this because a cooling thread. Should I get a water cooling hook up since I will have 3 hdds in my computer plus and awesome everything else? Or some hdd fans?

Well, if your not going to game with the computer its worthless to water cool it.
But, by you posts, your planning on overclocking and/or heavy gaming.

For this setup though, I would just get 3 of these and through them in the case. Side intake, Front intake(Cools the Hard drives too), and back exhaust.

And for the CPU, get a After-Market Cooler. It would dissipate the heat better.

Yeah man, gaming.. 24/7 I have brothers that wouldn't mind using this computer with no lag at all. WoW, UT, Ultima.. All sorts of games.. lol

I'm on the WoW phase now and so are my brothers though....

So fans will be enough?

With a decent case you don't need to add extra fans to cool the HD's.

See the big fan on the front? Directly behind that fan is 4 HD's in that HD cage. And they're cool.

You won't see the fan now cause it's behind the 5 1/4 inch covers. Not only that, I will water cool my next upgrade which is similar to what your getting so getting a nice case means you have the room to water cool.

If your serious about cooling your components then buy a decent case.

Alright, I'll start looking

:D No worries.

Also you asked if water cooling is better than air cooling?

Well, put it this way. Heat transfers a lot more efficiently to water than it does to air. And as long as the right components are selected and the system set correctly the only maintenance is topping up the water tank now and again. Using the correct fluids means frequent flushing is a thing of the past.

By "is it better" I meant, "Is it needed? Is it possible that my computer could fry with air?" :D

Ok.. I looked around. I'm assuming you meant a full tower? They are EXPENSIVE! but that's ok. I found ONE full tower with a PSU.. and it looks like yours :D. I'm spending 110$ on this

http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16817815001

PSU..

Will the PSU in this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119145

Case work as well?

I'm sepnding, like I said, 110$ on the PSU and 55$ on my old case.. so I'm up about 100$ but if It's needed for water cooling then it's ok :D.. plus I get to drop the 7$ shipping off of the PSU.

Yes? This is what's needed? And when you do your water cooling thing send me it :D So I can *caughs* copy your parts... ;)

I'm going to look up water cooling and see what the upkeep is.. the best liquid and how often I have to change it out.

Edit*
I can order the computer and then get the watercooling later right? or will it be super hard to install it? Should I just wait and do it all at one time...

And can you post a link to a "High end fan"? Because I read some things that high end fans are, in some cases, better than cheap water cooling systems. And looking at them, I'm not willing to pay 500$ for them. :p

lol! Your computer will be fine with air. Water cooling is for people that want a quieter tower or OC to the max.
And the case... Just like mine. The only difference is that mine can take 2 PSU's, Colour & mine doesn't have a window... But thats an easy mod.:)

That'll be fine for water cooling if you need/want too.

lolololol I'll show ya the full works when it's up and running dude!

You can install the water cooling at a later date if you wish.

It's very well rated and CustomPC use this as a reference to their water cooling review.
