Hey, right now I have the ASUSTek NODUSM3 Motherboard but the BIOS won't let me Overclock it. So, I was looking online for one that would work for a AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ and I found this

but it's kind of old and Discontinued anyway but they got it up to 3 GHz.

If there is any Motherboard that is better than that or I can Overclock the one I have now let me know.

(Yes I tried use RivaTuner it's does not let me Customize my Video card)

Also I need help installing my IDE HD in my computer.

The Red circle is the Cords Pluged into my Stock HD.
The Blue circle is where I was wondering if I could plug a ICD cord into that and then into my New HD to make it the Master. But how Would I make the other one the Slave?
