Laptop error

hi

i have a laptop and for some reason every so often or when i open a new window a message comes up saying:

the instruction at "0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x00000080". the memory could not be "read".

click on ok to terminate the program
click cancel to debug the program

i have tried both those options and it just keeps on coming up with it. does anybody know why its doing it.

It Could be your RAM or your pagefile,try booting up the laptop into THIS boot disc,and run memtest86+ and see wether your RAM is ok,and then do a hardrive test of some sort to see wether or not its your hardrive.
