CPU/GPU Support for Mobo?

1/. nope, Wolfdale is 1333FSB (unless there is a bios flash to enable 1333MHz FSB functionality which i doubt) also "CPU Type Pentium D / Pentium 4 HT / Celeron D" no core processors mentioned at all.

Time for a new board champ.

2. Can I run a 9800 GTX "PCI EXPRESS 2.0 x16" on this mobo? even though I don't believe it has 2.0, maybe its backwards compatible?
Yes, PCI-E 2.0 parts are backwards compatible with PCI-E 1.0a/1.1 and gain no performance from running in a PCI-E 2.0 slot.

From EVGA's BIOS Update Page:
This BIOS adds support for the Intel 5xx, 6xx, 8xx, and Dual-Core LGA 775 Pentium 4 Processor Series

Doe's that mean I can run it? I'd hate to get a new mobo! AHHHHHHH

yes a 2.0 is backwards compatable but new board would be much better for you.

No, those are all Netburst CPUs. You will need a new motherboard if you want to run it.

damn thats lame, new mobo means new ram and such. Whatever, I'll have to pull a "MOM I LOVE YOU so much.." ...Thanks for the help!
