This Vs. This!???

im so out of it today sry, it might be a slight bottleneck but not much. but then again u have 2.5 GIGS of RAM so yeah it could be more then i think, and ur RAM's speed is only 400 so it could be a bad bottleneck, and with a Raptor oh man. i think u should get some of this

Any one of these CPU's would improve your system performance. I have a similar board to you and I would go for the Opteron 185 or the 64 X2 4800+. The FX 60 would be the 'business' but it's very expensive if you can find a new one. The Opteron 185 is similar but with a locked multiplier.

[yes it is a dual core.. do you think it would be that much of a bottleneck??
No, it would not be a bottleneck, especially if you can get the clock speeds up a bit. Modern games are much more GPU bound and like Nvidia says, soon, we won't even need a CPU. The 8800GTS at that price is a very good buy, so I'd say get that, but check HD 3850 prices first, as it performs as well as the G80 GTS but is more energy efficient (55nm) and much more overclockable.

EDIT: I'd go for this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814241068
