Yes, that looks like a decent buy, especially with a 320GB hard drive and 4 GB ram. The hard drive isn't a 7200rpm one, but I don't think that it would bother you too much. Also, the wireless card won't have N support, but as I stated in my previous post, you shouldn't have to worry about that. G will give you ample speed for surfing the net.
