Does my MOBO have the latest bios?

I just gat a new mobo, the "DFI LP UT P35 T2R" I also have the Q9450 that I am planning on using with this mobo. Is there a way I can tell just by opening the box or maybe looking for some sticker saying that the board has the latest 45nm processor bios?

when you boot up press escape on the writing screen to freeze it then write down what firmware it says then go to the website and check if its the latest version, if you have a program on it that has its own update utility then use that.
