Office 2007 - where are teh commandz

Just got MS Office Ultimate 2007 ($75 from here) and it is rad looking. But I have a problem. I can't find the commandz.

First - where is the change default language? I don't want any silly American English. Australian English FTW, although I have know idea what the difference between Australian and English English. Extra points for that answer haha.

More questions to follow depending on my competence.

not sure on that mate i acquired off 2007 2 months ago and its now uninstalled i found it absolutely useless,

Use the tabs on the top bar for the different menus.

Since I had to find it myself, it took a little while but after a day or so I've gotten 07 pretty much under control. I'm digging it.

Agreed. The organization of everything is different and will be hard to adjust to, but it's for the better. Microsoft completely revamped the Office UI and it just well done. Very seamless and easy to use after getting used to it.
