Well, I am new to building PC's so I'm starting off with a small one, that can run a few games (Nothing major, bit of WoW etc.)

Case with Power:

Coolermaster Elite 330 Black Case With CM eXtreme Power 460W PSU

Motherboard:

MSI 945GCM5-F V2 Socket 775 onboard VGA 8 channel audio mATX Motherboard

Processor:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4700 2.6GHz (800MHz) Socket 775 2MB L2 Cache

RAM:

OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15 PLATINUM XTC

Graphics Card:

Leadtek 8600GT TDH 512MB GDDR2 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

DVD Drive:

Sony DRU-190S 20X DVD±RW DL & DVD-RAM Serial ATA

Hard Drive (Already have this):

Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATA II 7200RPM 16MB Cache

Will this all go together properly and are there any improvements you think I should change.

Thanks in advance,

Jordan

Edit: I will be mainly using this PC for MSN/Internet/Music, and possibly World of Warcraft if my mate drags me into it and makes me addicted. Will be running Windows XP Professional.

The E4700 is £85, and at that price , you could get more for your money by going with an AMD platform, the 5000+ X2 performs at around the same level as the E4700 and costs only £55: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=401105 BTW, I prefer to use Scan.co.uk as I find they are slighty cheaper.
This motherboard is AM2+ which will allow you to upgrade to a Phenom in the future if you want to, it also has the most powerful integrated graphics chip by far, which when combines with a HD 3000 series GPU, can do hybrid Crossfire which almost doubles the performance: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=787072
And get this graphics card so that the intergrated and the discrete card can combine: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/142609
It has GDDR3 memory instead of the GDDR2 of the 8600GT and overclocks very well thanks to the 55nm process. It should be back in stock very soon.
