Self exclusion software

Is there any free software I can download, that will temporarily exclude me from turning my on; that is where I input a date that my computer will come back online (power up)

This is needed to temporarily exclude me from poker! No self control...

I Dont think any software will allow you to do that,i think your best bet would be to buy on of those Electrical plug timers.
