Tv Tuner Card - Advice Please

Ive got a HP Pavilion dv6000 model notebook and im wondering what is a good Tv Tuner Card to purchase.

Im not too sure what it is that Im comparing when looking at them.

I've got one spare PCMCIA card slot free which im hoping to use for the tuner card. Some advice on whats great value for money would be great.
