The problem is, he's using more than one ISP. That either means his parents are divorced, or he's doing this at multiple locations so it becomes a matter of them blocking the site at the very least.

But one of his ISP's has the IP addresses used over the last week (from both accounts) as well as times of posting so it should be pretty easy for them to locate him.

Seems I have been lumbered with george and his 14 computers on my forum. Im following my rules and if he breaks them which he will then he is gone, but it seems unfair to ban him straight away. maybe ill have some fun with him first!!
