Obviously the 50-some KB file is not what you need. You can extract ISOs with most archiving software, or mount it with magicISO or any of the other disc imaging tools.
Be aware though, that if you choose to extract it, you won't be able to emulate any sort of disc protection, and you'll lose any boot sectors.
